eZ 3 makes online conferencing easier than ever!
eZ 3 incorporates new "friendly name" conferencing and improved firewall support to simplify document sharing for the end-user.
eZnetwork works hand-in-hand with eZ to eliminate the need for entering confusing machine names and IP addresses. With eZ 3, upon running the program for the first time with internet access, you will be prompted to register with eZnetwork. This is a free, one-time process where you pick a "friendly name" for the computer so that when others want to conference with you they simply type in your chosen eZnetwork ID.
eZ 3 also provides improved firewall support. Version 3 is able to handle a larger spectrum of firewalls without extra configuration than ever before, with developers working daily to increase that support. In a large corporate environment where secure firewalls are a must, eZ representatives will work with the customer to incorporate eZ however possible.
eZ 3’s toolbars have been trimmed down and made even simpler than before, with only the most commonly used tools shown along the top of the application window. Advanced users can toggle the full toolset on to access all of their favorite shortcuts.
eZ 3 has improved speed and performance in document viewing and manipulation for smoother conferencing.
